Hallo liebe GemeindePlease, read below what kind of help will be needed between now and New Year’s Eve.Heike and Martina will be consultants and coaches for all of us and no longer take leadership.

We hope that some of you will take leadership or become supporters for the following events:We are seeking:

• St. Martin’s Lantern Walk: 
• Saturday 11. November 4-7pm 
• We need 2 leaders who in advance plan and then also organize the afternoon
• and 5 supporters who help the day of with the organization of lantern crafting, soup/waffle stand, the actual lantern walk.
• 1. Advent: December 3:

• We need one leader and 2 supporters to plan and execute the creation of an Advent craft (12-1pm) 
• the children 8-10 and teens 12-14 that they will bring to the Lutheran towers as a service project starting out the advent season 
• We need one person to prepare an advent wreath or similar as decoration for the advent season.
• 2. Advent December 10:
• We need a St. Nikolaus actor
• We need one leader to prepare small gifts for children to put into their shoes 
• and two helpers to occupy the children for 30 minutes after leaving the worship service.
• 3. Advent: 17. Dezember: 
• We need 2 people to bring lunch for after the service (for example: bread, fruits, cheese, cake)
• 4. Advent Weihnachtsgottesdienst: 24. Dezember 
• We need many helpers to bring cake/cookies for after the service.
• We need 2 helpers to dress up the children for the nativity scene 1pm service. 
• We need 3 readers and 4 ushers to help with the service
• Neujahrsgottesdienst 31. Dezember:
• We need 2 people to bring refreshments for after the service.
