Mindfulness Practices are here to stay!

No prior experience is required! Practices will be held in English.

Mindfulness meditations are an ancient spiritual practice. In our time together, we will integrate the Christian contemplative practice of heart prayer with the mindfulness practices of deep breathing, body relaxation, loving kindness, self-compassion and compassion for others. 

Come and join our weekly practicing while strengthening our mental, emotional and spiritual health in difficult political and global times.
